Alison Green – Director
Alison grew up in Christchurch where she attended school and later Canterbury University, graduating L.L.B. in 1983.
Early work experience was with a Commercial Law firm in Wellington. Alison has been in practice in Palmerston North since 1986.
She is married with three children, all now young adults, and lives on a rural property in the Kairanga District near Palmerston North.
Professional interests include Trusts and Asset Planning, particularly Farm Succession Planning as well as Business and Property Transactions.
Necia Parker – A.N.Z.I.L.E. and J.P. Registered Legal Executive
Necia has worked for Terrace End Law for 14 years and loves the friendly, personal touch of the Company. Necia is dedicated to her clients. She loves dealing with people and strongly believes offering her clients the best service and keeping them informed is the most important part of the business.
Necia has extensive knowledge and experience in residential and rural conveyancing, refinancing, estates, wills, power of attorney and trusts. Having grown up and worked in the Manawatu Necia has a good rapport with the local business community.
She has worked in the legal industry since finishing school. Necia is very involved within the community and belongs to a number of local clubs. She is very family orientated and is married with two adult children.
Necia is a Registered Legal Executive and Justice of the Peace. She is a Council member on the Central Districts Justice of the Peace Association Council. Necia is also on the National Council for the New Zealand Institute of Legal Executives and is also the Branch President for the lower North Island region.
Mary Spillane – BA/LLB and Associate Solicitor
Mary grew up in Christchurch and attended Canterbury University, graduation L.L.B and B.A (majoring in Japanese language) in 1992. She moved to the North Island for work shortly thereafter. She has lived and worked in the lower North Island since then.
She is married with four children and lives in the Tararua district on the family’s dairy farm.
Mary’s main area of practice is Relationship Property.
